Working for a large International Company in Worcestershire within their Central Services, you will be interacting with other Senior Financial Controllers.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for a very specific remit within their Accounting processes and requires strong Payroll, Plld and Tax knowledge.
The successful Financial Controller will be responsible for 5 direct reports, and will be managing the annual Plld process, working on budgeting and forecasting of payroll costs to support cashflow forecasting and management of contract costings.
As the Financial Controller you will be a qualified accountant with strong systems and process experience, along with solid background in payroll and related payroll costs. Strong communication skills as you will be working closely with other Financial Controllers in supporting the month-end management accounting process.
