Regional Marketing Capabilities Manager
A globally recognised and market leading FMCG Food manufacturer are currently searching for a talented Marketing Capability Manager. This is a newly created role where you will own and drive the Marketing Capability agenda across the UK and Europe.
The opportunity will appeal to FMCG marketers who are passionate about marketing capability development and have the ability to shape and support the marketing function across the business globally ensuring excellence and best practice is met and achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of the capability program across various marketing functions within the business.
- Become champion of marketing best practice through the use of training & development, the onboarding of marketing talent (internally and externally) and other initiatives.
- Ownership and management of annual budget which will drive increased effectiveness in ROI.
The ideal candidate will have significant FMCG marketing experience (ideally Brand) with a globally recognised business (ideally with International experience). Exposure to providing or leading training, learning and development for marketing teams would be an added plus.
