This Internal Customer Account Manager role has come available within a highly successful business from within their technical field. Our client is looking for an experience Account manager who has firsthand knowledge of negotiating with the customer primarily over the phone but sometimes face to face when needed.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To achieve all set revenue generation and protection objectives, KPI’s and targets daily and monthly by proactive customer account management
  • Assess customers current level of service and help customer gain greater value from the solution
  • Plan and organize your time effectively to allow an optimal frequency of outbound customer calls per day and to meet required talk time metrics
  • Proactively monitor customers 'health’ during customer calling
  • Update and Manage CRM tool for all of your assigned accounts.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of product feature/functionality of competitive products
  • Maintain knowledge and be aware of best practice in own discipline

Experience preferred:

  • Proven Telesales ability - minimum 3 years sales experience as an outbound Inside or Telesales representative. Prior B2B SaaS sales experience with WebEx or virtual sales presentation skills required
  • Experience with ROI business selling and operating expense management
  • Strong computer experience and time management skills are required
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force and GPS systems preferable
  • Solid knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook, Sales Force CRM system and WebEx demonstration tools
  • Customer relationship and conflict management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational wayand builds successful working relationships
