A regional automotive retailer is seeking a hands on General Manager for one of their biggest and most profitable sites.
Managing a volume site, you will be responsible for generating impressive results by increasing sales of vehicle, both new and used along with overseeing the growth and development of staff members in both the sales and aftersales departments.
Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of staff members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site. You will be responsible for the growth and development of all departments within the dealership and you will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance.
This role would suit an experienced General Manager from a franchised dealership / group, with a good track record and volume experience.
Benefits - £65,000 basic, OTE £120,000 (uncapped) + car + benefits
