Job Role: National Account Manager - Office Based

YOU MUST HAVE HAIR/ HEALTH/ BEAUTY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!

You must also have proven experience in dealing with head office/ senior buyers within the retail sector

You must also possess full knowledge and understanding of P&L, and have managed this before.

Role:

This exciting role will have you joining a small, young, dynamic team, with two rapidly growing brands within Skincare and Haircare which have seen high levels of success in the last 3 years. The business is expanding rapidly and therefore there are opportunities for you to scope out your role.

Using your experience of working in Health & Beauty you will have daily contact with multiple accounts and distributors. As the Account Manager you will be expected to maximize potential and to bring with you contacts to utilise as well as have the drive and self-motivation to generate new contacts.

You will ideally have experience working on premium UK accounts, proven track record in building relationships with strong communication skills, strong sales performance combined with good commercial awareness and problem solving ability, highly motivated and of an outgoing personality.

This role will require someone who is very organised and able to multitask as the job has multiple elements so we require someone who is able to prioritise and manage the work load in line with the business goals and objectives. It will be your responsibility todevelop and implementeffective strategic plans with a clear vision on sales with both short term and long term goals. You need to be self-motivating and have the ability to work in multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

You will be responsible for handling some UK premium retail accounts as well as salon distribution accounts in both the UK and internationally. You will be expected to regularly reviewthe relevant distribution agreements and sales targets, communicating internally to ensure the business are kept up-to-date with campaigns and opportunities, whilst keeping an eye on the market for competitive brands/products.

You will also be required to support with events, trade shows and customer service, handling incoming calls alongside other teams members to ensure we can offer a gold service whenever possible. This includes speaking directly with end consumers and always handling in a professional positive, friendly manor.

Must hold strong commercial and computer skills and be efficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
