A Training Lead is required by this Abingdon based company. You will have an essential training role at the heart of a busy organisation. As Training Lead you will;
- Liaise and engage other workstream leads
- Set and review the strategic direction of training activities
- Have responsibility for the overall training and delivery
- Enable the effective planning & coordination of training events and ensure all resources are available
- Manage designated trainers
- Evaluate the delivery of local training
As the ideal Training Lead, you will be educated to minimum level 4 Learning & Development or equivalent and have experience of managing and coordinating training activity, preferably within a technical environment, although this is not essential, have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to manage and support training staff in order to ensure successful delivery of the overall project .
