Marketing Content & Communications Executive


£23,000-£26,000 PA

An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly organised Content & Communications Executive to join our Head Office in Bracknell. This is a new role, ideal for an established copywriter or account executive to join our expanding multi-award-winning marketing team.

As a Marketing Content & Communications Executive, you will need to:

  • Research, generate and schedule interesting and engaging content across our social media channels, as well as monitoring and promptly responding to mentions or interactions
  • Research and produce blog content based on industry and company news & data, and with the purpose of increasing web traffic and organic search prevalence
  • Create exciting email campaigns and newsletters using the Company email management system
  • Develop your writing style so that it engages a diverse range of consumers in the property market
  • Raise the Company's profile in local, regional and national mediums by communicating with external contacts to ensure the profile of editorial is raised
  • Develop and improve our online website content in line with SEO best practice to ensure the site engages visitors while also ranking effectively in search engines and increasing web traffic
  • Provide project support to the Operations Director and liaise between various departments in order to run and deliver successful projects in accordance with set deadlines
  • Be responsible for managing the workflow and prioritisation of marketing tasks
  • Engage with our customers in the online space effectively and quickly
  • Work as part of the Head Office team, being flexible to cover other duties where needed, including phone answering

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication, including written skills and telephone manner
  • Have impeccable attention to detail
  • Be well organised, structured and proactive
  • Prioritise and deal with a high volume of tasks, remaining calm under pressure
  • Keep multiple stakeholders updated on the progress of tasks
  • Have strong knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office (essential), working knowledge of basic HTML formatting (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
  • Have knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn (essential) and Hootsuite (advantageous)
