Working for an Outdoor Advertising company who look at building bus shelters for the advertising billboards or move current customers adverts to a different location
The role will involve managing your own desk and handling multiple projects
It will involve liaising with the councils, contractors and suppliers ensuring that each job is completed by the deadlines
Preparation and submission of planning applications
Ensuring the contractors have all the permits to do the work and comply with regulations
Dealing with queries
Processing invoices and raising Purchase Orders
Setting up customers onto the system
Working on various in-house databases and Excel
