This highly successful recruitment company that has swiftly become market leaders in their field is looking for a Head of Marketing to join them in a new role. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for a £15millon marketing budget. The role will be based in London with travel to Wiltshire 2/3 a week.

Key duties include:

• Providing recruitment services to attract and hire suitable candidates. Attraction provides professional services in the areas of Recruitment. Recruitment is more than just placing people - it is about identifying business needs from a resourcing perspective through working closely with the organisation, finding and attracting the right candidates, developing relationships with them, and then offering and delivering an opportunity which satisfies the needs of all parties.
• Development and delivery of annual national marketing attraction plan in conjunction with the Attraction Director
• Budget control and reporting
• Day to day management of marketing team, to include support on strategy development for individual projects, budgetary advise, approval of creative briefs/design, allocation of resource, prioritisation of work amongst team and troubleshooting as required
• Overall management of creative & media agencies - managing process, overall delivery, finances through weekly/fortnightly status sessions and quarterly reviews.
• Communication of marketing attraction plans and ongoing activities to an internal and external stakeholder audience

The ideal Head of Marketing will come from a recruitment company or similar related industry. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious with a desire to succeed and make their mark on an exciting business.

The unique challenge and nature of this role will require the successful applicant to possess excellent communications skills, project management skills and possess a first class appreciation for and an understanding of the creative process. The successful candidate must be able to operate effectively at all levels of the organisation and will also ensure that all regional marketing recruitment activity is aligned to the messages, vision and values of the organisation.
