My client a Manchester based agency are looking for a Sales Manager to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You will also be responsible for the day to day activities and guidance of team members.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quota
- Manage the sales cycle from finding a client to mainintring the relationship
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking
- Implement team goals or objectives
- Supervise, train or guide team members
- Inspire and motivate teammembers
