If you have over 6 months experience in any motor claims from FNOL to settlements then apply now, this is not an opportunity to be missed!

Key responsibilities:

- Administering new claims notifications.
- Clarifying and recording information accurately onto the system.
- Handling telephone enquiries regarding existing claims to the highest level of technical competence.
- Operating within personal authority level set, whilst adhering to Company procedures for all aspects of claims handling.
- Investigating and quantifying claims in accordance with Company procedures.
- Delivering high levels of productivity and customer service, in a contact centre environment, in line with agreed standards, while adhering to Company procedures.
- Adhering to the quality standards set by Management and feeding back any issues which may contribute to the development of such standards.
- Any other ad hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager.
