Optimisation & Insight Analyst - Digital Agency
Centena is currently partnering a digital marketing agency that is now looking for an experienced Optimisation & Insight Analyst.
We are looking for someone with skills and experience in digital analytics, campaign and website optimisation, to work closely with creative / strategy directors, development engineers, and directly with this agency's clients.
The role will be responsible for developing insight into customer behaviour; using analysis of website and campaign data, and user testing, as well as insight from customer and client interviews and workshops.
- Working in a marketing / business intelligence environment you will have worked with analytics software such as Google Analytics
- You will need to have advanced Excel experience
- If you have measured and analysed online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social then even better.
- Exposure to Session Cam, Crazy Egg for user testing
- Working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing - ideally Maximiser or Optimizely
- Experience working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms is a bonus but not essential.
