Deputy Ward Manager - Brand new PICU Unit
Location: Bristol, South East England
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Full time

We are currently looking for experienced RMN to become a Deputy Ward Manager on a brand new PICU service. The service is due to open later in 2017 and will be a 12 bed service

Your responsibilities for the role are as follows:

* Supervise and lead in service user care, implementing and evaluating care plans driving forward care delivery
* Taking leadership and implementing changes
* Identifying care needs, liaising with family members
* Promoting high standards of nursing care
* Motivating staff and ensuring clear communication within the service
* Encouraging independent living promoting personal choice
* Ensuring team members are regularly trained and up skilled to ensure changing needs within the service are met

Deputy Ward Manager salaries are £35,000pa (equivalent to £18.00 per hour) you will also receive excellent benefits including:

Applicants for the position should be:

* RMN qualified with active NMC pin
* Some supervisory / management experience
* Strong knowledge of the mental health act
