Your new Role?
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the role entails working as part of a small team managing and supporting specific elements of the day-to-day accounts of the business.
This role will encompass all aspects of management accounting support but specifically invoice financing, maintenance of the fixed asset register, capital expenditure planning, Research & Development tax credit process and application.
You will also act as key support in the preparation of financial reports and reconcilliations (cashflow, job costing) working closely with the wider business and acting as specific support to the FD. The role will also include financial systems support and develop as the "go to" person and Administrator of the system.
What do you need to have to apply for this opportunity?
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Focused, highly accurate
- Experienced, newly qualified and fully qualified - CIMA, ACCA or similar
- Preferably Access Dimensions knowledge and experience but this is not essential
- Experience gained from either production/manufacturing/engineering is preferred because of the cost element of the role.
