Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant position based in Sheffield, for a retail business. Our client are an excellent, leading manufacturing business within their region and pride themselves on providing a very high quality service to their clients at any level, they have a well-established team in place and are looking to recruit on a temporary - permanent basis.

As a leading retail business within their region and industry, our client have an excellent client base and have progressed significantly since establishment. This client has different entities within their business and have a well-established Finance team in place.
As the Finance Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager.
Duties will include, but are not limited to; processing and logging of incoming invoices, using Sage Line 50 as a primary resource, reconciliations of supplier accounts, handling both customer and client queries and statements, processing and managing high volumes of data and using excel skills to gather data and information for the finance department.
- Be immediately available - Essential
- Have strong MS Excel - Essential
- Have held an Accounts Assistant position previously - Essential
- Be studying towards a recognised Accountancy qualification - Desirable
- Have a strong background within Finance - Desirable
