An already established brand with over 200 locations in the UK is looking to grow their online offering. Their strong bricks and mortar setup lays a strong foundation for a Digital Marketing Manager to come in and drive online customer acquisition. This can tie into a delivery and click and collect service, so lots to get your teeth into on this front.

What you’ll be doing

The role itself reports into the Marketing Director as part of a team of 6, with over 60 people in the Head Office. This is working on the digital side of an already well-known brand, so there’s huge scope for eCommerce which is already hitting a considerable level in terms of online turnover. With a dedicated team member on the customer journey and conversion side, this new team member will be coming in to focus on a number of key acquisition channels. The main ones here are SEO and content, but you’ll also get involved in paid search (primarily AdWords), email, analytics and some social (although there is a dedicated team member in this area).

What experience you’ll need

Based on the areas the team are looking to push growth, we’d ideally be looking for someone with a strong track record in digital marketing. Preferably for an eCommerce business, although other profiles with a good understanding of eCommerce will still be considered. As above we’re looking for someone with broad digital skills, primarily SEO and content but knowledge across paid and email will allow you thrive here.
