A great role for an experienced PR/Marketing professional. This role will focus on developing and maintaining our partnerships in order to grow our brand and target and retain customers. The right person will need a strong culture fit and will have experience in sponsorship marketing utilising PR, social media, digital and experimental marketing channels.

To develop and manage key marketing partnerships designed to strengthen the brands and ultimately grow brand awareness, sales through sponsorship and associated marketing activities

- Reporting to Brand Marketing Manager as part of the Brand Marketing Team

- Responsible for the day to day development & activation of marketing activity associated with key marketing sponsorship & partnerships

- KPIs: Awareness of activity, engagement with activity & content generated, ROI of activity

- Management of Sponsorship/Partnership budget (both fees & activation)

- Management of relevant external agencies to deliver key activities & generate relevant content

- Working with other key marketing team members (social media, category marketing, demand conversion team, international country managers)

Working with external resources and partnering with the internal marketing team to deliver business growth, specifically through growing brand salience, awareness and customer sentiment designed to recruit new customers and retain existing customers. An experienced consumer PR and marketing role reporting to the lead brand marketer in the company, the Brand Marketing Manager.

Accountabilities:

- Day to day management of the key partnership relationships

- Marketing plan development

- Implementation & activation of the marketing plans

- Creation of relevant content

- Agency & external resource management

- Budget management

- Monitoring, reporting & evaluation of activities

- Awareness of partnership/sponsorship activity

- Engagement with activity & content generated

- New customer acquisition

- Activity ROI

- Partnership fundraising target (TBC)

- Management within Budget

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- c8 years’ experience in sponsorship marketing utilising PR, social media, digital & experiential marketing channels

- Significant experience managing athletes/celebrities in sponsorship agreements

- Digital marketing savvy with demonstrable success in the consumer environment

- Knowledge and experience of utilising PR to drive awareness of sponsorship assets

- Demonstrable experience creating engaging and impactful content for use in digital marketing

- Experience working on brands with limited budget, able to demonstrate creative solutions to maximise marketing potential of assets

- Able to leverage customer data and insights to drive brand and campaign decisions

- Experience in managing agency relationships to optimise budgets and campaign delivery

- Comfortable negotiating commercial arrangements

- Preferable knowledge of and experience in brand tracking and campaign evaluation with a focus on ROI

- Strong people management skills with ability think on their feet and deliver solutions focused decisions whilst being key brand guardian.
