Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical bias job based near Ashbourne. Double day shifts - £31k-£34k

Your new role
You'll join a team of highly skilled Maintenance Electricians and work with them and the Mechanical Maintenance team to keep plant and equipment in optimum working condition. You will follow PPM schedules and deal with unexpected breakdowns on a range of machinery including PLCs. Your primary responsibility is to minimise downtime of equipment. You will also be involved in installation of new machinery.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record of maintaining electrical equipment and specifically fault finding on PLCs. You'll be able to demonstrate excellent fault-finding and rectification skills. Your organised, self-motivated and able to make your own decisions with regard to prioritising tasks.
