Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Sensible Staffing are recruiting for a Staff Nurse with experience in Orthopaedics to work for a very Prestigious and Private Hospital in Central London for a permanent job position. Duties of an Orthopaedic Staff Nurse:
You will be expected to assess, plan and deliver care to meet patient and family needs with the ability to demonstrate good clinical practice at all times. The new Orthopaedic Staff Nurse will contribute to the high standards of care and development initiatives, and undertake extended roles such as IV Cannulation and phlebotomy. The right Orthopaedic Staff Nurse will supervise and direct junior team members and deputising for senior staff in their absence. You will be expected to provide patients and their families with information around the care and management of their condition.

Am I the right person for this Orthopaedic Staff Nurse Position?
The new Orthopaedic Staff nurse will be a RGN with a current NMC PIN, recent Orthopaedic experience within a relevant healthcare setting, Orthopaedic experience is essential and excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively use time whilst ensuring the highest level of clinical care and customer care skills are provided.
The successful nurse must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, develop and demonstrate that they are able to work on their own and as part of a team. The successful applicant will also have a passion for customer service and desire to provide an exceptional patient experience.
