My client situated on the outskirts of Chichester is a family owned hotel, set within landscaped gardens on the shores of Chichester Harbour.

We are currently sourcing a Restaurant Manager to lead their team of waiters and bar staff. The hotel boasts a 2 AA rosette restaurant and brasserie.

The ideal candidate will be a charismatic Restaurant Manager who is happy to operate hands on, with a warm personality and sense of humour.

Duties will include:

  • Running, maintaining and excelling both restaurants

  • To identify and act on areas that need improvement for the benefit of our guests, the hotel and our staff in the Restaurant

  • Monitor and improve standards and service

  • Be passionate about delivering quality food and excellent customer service

  • Be an integral part of the hotel management team; reporting to the Hotel Manager, alongside the Head Chef and Front of House Manager.

You will have:

  • Strong leadership skills, a warm and friendly personality and plenty of energy

  • Proven experience of working in a busy restaurant

  • To be able to manage, train and to get the most out of staff.

  • To help come up with new and innovative ideas to improve our guests’ experience

  • Own transport due to the location of the business
