Member Service Manager - Leading Leisure Brand

We are recruiting for this great retention focused multi-site role for a growing brand within the leisure industry. The company are developing quickly, offer a multitude of services and are extremely well led by their senior team.

The role covers 3 main areas, retention, marketing and sales. From a retention point of view we are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about service and keeping members. You will be tasked with establishing processes for all areas of retaining their users and then managing the process going forward across all the sites. You must have experience in this regard and be able to talk about strong successes.

Marketing is another important element to this role. You will be tasked with executing the marketing strategy across the 4 sites, ensuring that the designs, plans and structures are actually living and breathing in the sites. You will have opportunity to be creative in this area also.

The last crucial area is sales. You will need to be able to train and inspire the current teams to improve the internal sales processes as well as managing and monitoring this area closely. Sales is the natural by-product of strong retention and marketing.

We are lastly looking for someone who has the energy, passion and verve to really be hands on and make an impact when they visit sites. You will be driven, ambitious and passionate.
