Head Housekeeper- Live In Or Out
What you'll be doing
As Head Housekeeper, you’ll make sure that customers walk into the venue and say "Wow - this looks great" and it feels great.’ That first impression is one of the most important parts of their experience with us. You’ll work with the housekeeping team to make sure that all of our customer rooms and public areas are cleaned to a standard that is second to none. You’ll have brilliant attention to detail and make sure that every area of the hotel is spick, span and stunning 24/7.
The Head Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all of the members of the Housekeeping team receive full training and have an individual development plan.
As Head Housekeeper you will need to be highly organised to ensure every customer is delighted by their accommodation and great communication is key and as Head Housekeeper you’ll work closely with your colleagues in Maintenance and Reception to make sure everything is perfect for our guests.
What you'll need
To be passionate about cleanliness and presentation
To enjoy the buzz of being busy
Good level of spoken English
Determined and Enthusiastic
Happy to work as part of a team
Proven management ability in a similar role.
To be committed to work hard as part of our housekeeping team which will include weekends and bank holidays
Experience in a 3 or 4 star property.
