£70,000 - £80,000

OVERVIEW:

A leading financial services provider are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to join their advanced analytics team who focus on improving customer engagement through the use of customer data and decisioning. This is a pivotal role within the team and wider business therefore the right candidate must have a highly analytical background, strong technical knowledge in SAS/SQL and have exceptional numerical skills.

THE ROLE - SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER:

  • Act as an internal consultant to wider business units on the exciting launch of new financial products
  • Focus upon customer acquisition of new and existing customers for the innovative products about to be launched to the market
  • Analyse and provide recommendations around campaign data selections and segmentation's
  • Analyse transactional and behavioural data to present actionable insights for the business
  • Provide recommendations based on your analytical work to senior stakeholders and board members on a regular basis

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong coding skills in SAS and SQL - SAS modelling is a desirable
  • Highly numeric individual with a strong numeric/statistical degree
  • Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and lead teams
  • Experience in or knowledge of the financial services sector

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

£80,000 + bonus + competitive benefits package
