Ruby Group are looking for a Billings Administrator to join a large healthcare company in Central London. Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will be. To maintain Billing data on the database, provide support for users and teams at offices nationwide. You will liaise with the finance and credit control departments at Head Office. You will be expected to support offices remotely, with a view to streamlining current processes, ensuring they are utilising the system to drive operational efficiencies. Whilst being given ad-hoc projects/roll outs in which you are to manage to fruition. You will ensure helpdesk requests assigned to you are dealt with in a professional manner and within reasonable time scale and certify that deadlines for processing payroll are met. Creating and updating contracts for new clients and existing clients and producing invoices and sending them out to relevant purchasers within deadlines. You will also be responsible for sending reports to Managers on a regular basis and updating care plan information.

The ideal applicant will be educated to A level standard and have a proven background working within a high-volume invoicing environment. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates that have healthcare experience will have an advantage.
