This Ecommerce Manager opportunity would be perfect for an experienced ecommerce professional from a smaller brand who has a strategic mind and previous experience managing and growing an ecommerce platform. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for sales growth achieved through engagement via the existing database as well as driving brand awareness to a wider audience.

This company has just re-launched their site onto a new Magento 2 platform requiring an Ecommerce Manager with Magento experience who can grow this new platform to its full potential, managing the day-to-day aspects and scheduled upgrades throughout the year, including an exciting loyalty programme that is planned.

This Ecommerce Manager role can offer you:

To be successful in this Ecommerce Manager position, you will have:

*Ecommerce experience within a smaller brand consumer goods business, ideally beauty / luxury goods
*Previous experience managing all elements of an Ecommerce platform, ideally Magento or Magento 2
*Experience managing email campaigns, ideally Mailchimp
*Understanding of Google AdWords, Ad Roll, Bing Ads
*Strong understanding of Google Analytics
*Basic HTML skills
*Ideally Photoshop and InDesign skills
*Experience creating and implementing campaign concepts for digital marketing calendars

Key accountabilities within this Ecommerce Manager role include:

*Setting and achieving direct website revenue targets
*Weekly topline reporting of KPIs to management team and in-depth monthly reporting
*Setting expenditure budget for direct website across all areas of digital marketing
*P&L management for direct website channel
*Identifying areas where expenditure could be reduced
*Using analytics to influence trading decisions
*Managing contracted Paid Search agency and setting strategy of targeting campaigns
*Managing Web Developers
*Working closely with Marketing team to manage digital marketing campaigns
*Identifying new online opportunities
*Building strong relationships with publishers, bloggers etc
*Managing domains
*Managing website content
*Answering customer queries on website functionality
*Building strong relationships with online retail partners
