An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the London HQ of printed.com. We need a Marketing & Product Director to provide inspiration, motivation and strategic direction to a talented team.
This role will be responsible for a team of up to 12 people, split across customer acquisition, retention, creative, product management and analysis. It is a crucial hire and will contribute greatly to driving sales growth from printed.com’s business customers.
You will be responsible for all marketing strategies, including customer retention and acquisition, and provide monthly board reports on metrics, sales revenue, cost per sale and churn rate. You will also lead on creative and product strategy whilst also supporting colleagues in other teams such as Customer Services, UX and Technical Development.
E-commerce experience is critical, along with hands-on expertise across multiple digital channels as a large percentage of marketing spend is online. Therefore, you will understand Paid Media and SEO, along with some display and e-mail marketing exposure.
This is a data-heavy business, so an analytical mindset will also be preferable.
