Accountancy Firm in SE1 is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a permanent, part-time position (2-3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Process start to finish client payrolls using Moneysoft Payroll Manager
• Ensure that all PAYE payments are made accurately and on time
• Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPP
• RTI submission
• Liaise and advise clients on payroll issues
• Maintain and update legislation notes where appropriate
• Set up new clients on the payroll system and register PAYE schemes
• Ensure that invoices are in place for clients and ensure timely payment
• Liaise with other divisions regarding client payroll related issues

Person Specification

• Strong UK Payroll experience (Practice / Bureau highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience of Auto Enrolment
• RTI submission
• Intermediate Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
