Store & Assistant Manager - Blackpool
Due to the planned growth of Poundworld, the UK's leading single price retailer, are looking for Store Managers and Assistant Managers who has proven retail management experience within a fast paced retail environment to join one of our stores in the Blackpool store offering a fantastic salary of up to £25,000 for Managers and up to £18,000 for Assistant Managers per annum

To become our next Store/Assistant Managers you must have the following skills and experience:
- Proven retail management/supervisory experience within a fast paced retail environment.
- Be confident
- Responsible for a multi-million pound turnover store.
- Delivering on KPI's and profitability.
- Ability to manage availability of stock.
- Ability to manage, recruit and develop staff to achieve targets.
- Commercially driven.
- Control staff costs against sales.
- A strong work ethic is essential
