Our client, a beauty business based in Central London, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for their friendly office.

They are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years experience who is looking for a stable role within a friendly team. If you are studying AAT this is a bonus but not essential. You must have excellent Excel skills.

You must be available on short notice to be considered.

  • Checking and Maintaining the accounts mailbox & Incoming post
  • Matching supplier Invoices to PO's and processing Invoices
  • Payment preparation as per timetable
  • Processing Staff Expenses
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
  • Sales Invoice Processing
  • Processing sales order as and when required
  • Maintaining Payroll spreadsheets & manual calculations
