Key Responsibilities

• High volume processing of timesheets for monthly payroll.
• Organizing and prioritizing payments to meet deadlines throughout the month
• Chase missing documents required to make payment
• Updating contractors throughout the process
• Send payments confirmation to contractors
• Deal with all contractors queries
• Managing deductions and additions of payments
• Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Scanning and saving contractors invoices
• Ad-hoc duties

Person Specification

• Payroll experience in a recruitment setting
• Intermediate Excel
• Billing / Invoicing experience desirable
• Proactive and keen to take on challenges
• Excellent written and spoken English
