They produce their own incredible products from chorizo to gluten free chocolate cake; sourdough baguettes to treacle cured bacon. Their soft herbs and tomatoes are grown in many of the stores, freshly picked for service. They are ambitious and committed to creating an outstanding brand of restaurants that are well known with a great reputation in the community.
They currently operate 5 restaurants in South West London and have plans to open 20 in the next 5 years.
They are looking for talented Head chef to help us grow our brand while training and developing our teams. The ideal person will have relevant experience in a similar role in a fresh food kitchen. You will be passionate, edgy and committed to ensure all standards and procedures are adhered to at all times. Working closely with the General Manager you will deliver great food, outstanding service and a vibrant inviting environments.
-Health & Safety and Food Safety Compliance
-Stock control, ordering and wastage management
-Training, coaching and managing of your Team
-Adherence to recipes & specifications in line with company standards
