Strong CIMA qualified or equivalent with excellent communication skills required for growing, well established, award winning SME manufacturing business. Must be confident and authoritative and be able to command respect from others.

A proven track record of business process, interface and financial management is essential.

Must have good knowledge and experience of working with Sage systems in a manufacturing environment, with proven ability to interface with purchasing, sales and production. This role requires the ability to quickly learn and assimilate new information.

Experience in product costing, especially for new/improved lines is required.

The candidate must be proficient in all aspects of SME finance tasks. Must be willing and able to process transactions as an integral part of the role.

Must be proficient in regular financial reporting and analysis, able to distil information for presentation to non-financial colleagues. Must possess good oral and written communication and presentation skills.

This is an interesting role for the right candidate in a growing business.
