R3 Resourcing has an opportunity for a Deputy Manager to succeed and thrive in a fast paced environment with a reputable luxury brand in White City.

To be successful you will have a proven track record as a retail manager, ideally at an Assistant or Deputy Manager level with a luxury/jewellery background. It is essential that you can competently contribute towards business development through managing sales targets and analysing performance reports. You will also need to have experience managing budgets and controlling costs to improve profitability.

Also desirable for a Deputy Manager position are merchandising skills, recruitment and performance management experience and an existing knowledge of branded jewellery and watch products.

Key responsibilities of a Deputy Manager include:
Assisting the Branch Manager in ensuring that all KPIs are consistently achieved and budgets are maintained
Supporting the development of store colleagues through training, feedback and performance management
Ensuring colleagues maintain the professional standards of the store with regard to visual merchandising, stock care, dress code and adherence to company policy and procedures
Leading from the front by consistently delivering personal targets whilst ensuring every client receives a World Class Customer Experience in line with Company Vision and Values
Assessing competitor activity and actively maximising the showrooms competitive advantage in the market place
Managing the showroom in the absence of the Branch Manager
