Summary of Position: Daily management of the Purchase Ledger, in a professional efficient and competent manner. Ensuring Suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms, whilst enhancing supplier relationships at all times. Provide assistance to Financial controller with ad hoc duties as and when required. Primary Responsibilities

• New purchase ledger account set-up as required

• Processing of all supplier payments in line with agreed payment terms

• Daily processing of purchase invoices onto purchase ledger

• Overall day to day management of Purchase Ledger in its entirety

• Resolve all supplier queries professionally, courteously and expediently

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required

• Process all staff expenses, cash and credit card

• Support other members of the Finance and Admin team as and when needed

• Help with Fuel card, Mobile phone and Vehicle Fleet Admin

• Answer phones, deal with incoming and outgoing post
