An established North London construction company have an opportunity for a staff Manager to join its workforce. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills. Administration and payroll experience would be beneficial.
You will be expected to visit employees on site, transport will be provided for a candidate with a full clean driving licence.
Your duties in this role will vary and this is an opportunity for a confident multitasker to work within deadlines.
Dealing with requests for labour for various sites
Processing and following up on timesheets. Preparing spreadsheets on total hours and days worked for payroll department.
Organise subcontract training
Ensure company certificates are renewed on time
Renew subcontractors CSCS cards
Ensure accident forms, vehicle books, six weekly lorry checks, fuel usage spreadsheets, drivers average spreadsheets are completed
Manage Tachograph downloads
General administration and some invoicing.
