Support Services Manager for a large non-profit organisation
A role has arisen at a major UK not for profit organisation for a Support Services & Remediation Manager.
The deadline for applications is the 23rd March with interviews will take place on 5th April.
The position will entail:
Managing and supporting all aspects of the support services and remediation, within the organisation and providing confidential advice and help to members.
You will be the point of contact for members who are experiencing problems and refer cases to specialists or encourage them to utilise the buddy system.
You will have to develop and maintain several databases including support services in the UK and Ireland and a database of enquiries.
You will be acting as the intermediary and ensuring that the individual receives the best advice and is pointed in the correct direction, whilst also doing a lot of administration work to ensure the organisations' support network functions well.
You will have to have knowledge of employment practice and disciplinary and grievance procedures in health services in UK and Ireland.
The successful applicant will have:
•Excellent Communication skills, including dealing with sensitive calls.
• Excellent administration skills, maintaining databases, being incredibly organised, scheduling meetings
• You will need to be an empathetic individual, whilst maintaining a professional distance
• An ability to work with a variety of different individuals
• Excellent IT skills
