Pay and Benefits Advisor - Part Time (25hrs per week)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pay and Benefits Advisor within a leading independent provider of commercial finance based in Oxfordshire.
My client is currently in the process out outsourcing its payroll function to a third-party supplier and the successful candidate will act as the Payroll guru within the HR team, providing expert advice on various employee queries including, but not limited to: HMRC, salary sacrifice, Pensions, global mobility tax implications, apprenticeship Levy’s Etc.
The position is a fixed term contract running until the end of December 2017. The role is also part time working circa 25 hours per week and they are very flexible when the hours are worked as long as they are within typical office hours Mon-Fri.
In return you can expect a competitive basic salary to £35,000 pro rata (possibly more for an exceptional candidate), plus a range of additional benefits.
