Do you have excellent attention to detail as well as an excellent knowledge of wine and champagnes?
You will be ensuring the smooth delivery of dining experiences to guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will delegate tasks and oversee the day to day running of the restaurant and motivate the team to achieve desired standards. You will engage customers and guests with promotions and special offers. You will upsell products and services where possible.
