If you are experienced in managing teams with a little bit extra in meeting compliance and service user needs, we have an exciting role for you in North West London. The role is based in a well recognised board for Social Care with plenty of opportunities to develop within.

Daily duties include but are not limited to :

- Managing a multi disciplinary team supporting OP & PD Adult service users in
integrated care
- Deliver individualised and needs-led enablement and long term support plans for
adults who require support, through the use of timely and focused interventions,
support and advice that supports long term independence and choice
- Supporting Head of Service to ensure all business activities are appropriately
integrated meeting needs of service users and carers
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external partners to
deliver an integrated service that meets both current and future needs
- Taking responsibility for promoting, monitoring and safeguarding service users in
accordance with complaint measures.
- Identifying that risks are identified, recorded and managed in accordance to
practice standards
- Ensuring and monitoring records of all service users are kept up to speed and
within required time frames on multi operational levels
