Reed Finance is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client in the Portadown area for an experienced Accountant to over a period of maternity leave for 9-12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of an industry leading organisation, committed to Strategic Growth and future Investments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with preparation of management accounts;
• Maintain up-to-date records for Grants claims;
• Assist with year-end Audit and Statutory accounts;
• Provide assistance with budgeting and forecasting;
• Intercompany reconciliations;
• Balance sheet reconciliations;
• Provision of management information;
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Essential Qualification/Experience:

• Fully or Part ACCA/CIMA qualified;
• At least 3+ year’s relevant industry experience covering the above areas;
• Extensive experience of Microsoft Office suite, particularly evidence of strong Excel Skills with functions such as pivots and lookups.

• Ability to work on own initiative;
• Highly organized;
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
