We are currently recruiting for a Leasehold and Service Charge Officer to join our team in Southgate, London working 37.5 hours a week.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service to our customers and colleagues, by setting and administering service and other charges. You will also offer advice, manage service charge accounts and support colleagues on leasehold matters.
We are ideally looking for someone with proven experience working in a customer service environment or an administrative post and who has exceptional IT skills - especially when it comes to managing spreadsheets. It`s also a bonus if you have knowledge of the management of service charges and the associated administration and accounting.
It is a requirement to have a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
