Registered Home Manager
The ideal candidate will need to hold, or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, with at least a minimum of three years' experience working with children in a similar environment. My client is committed to providing all staff with a detailed and comprehensive induction and mentoring programme which will support a Managers transition into the Company. Ideally you will also require a proven track record in Managing Children's homes. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a people of various ages, cultures and abilities and have a commitment to working with children and young people with complex and challenging behavioural needs.
