Smithson Gray are delighted to be working with a leading care provider for those with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. The company provides residential care and supported living homes throughout the Leciestershire and are known as a leader in the industry.
We are currently assisting them on the recruitment for an operations manager in Leciestershire. The successful candidate will be reporting in to the operations director and will work closely with the Managers to ensure that all services meet all statutory requirements and other compliance measures. Experience within the Mental Health sector is essential.
Experience of managing Service Users, services and staff within Mental Health industry
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
A proven track record of providing a high standard of service
Ability to communicate with service users and their family, staff and the governing bodies
A good understanding of finances/budgets/P&Ls
Multi-site management experience
NVQ Level 5 manager’s qualification.
Good CQC knowledge
My client is looking to pay a salary of up to £35,000 per year depending on experience plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview
