Main Duties:
To provide highly technical support to end users - Multinational to Educational institutions

The Role:
- To provide troubleshooting experience to end users
- To positively represent the company and develop customer interactions
- To prioritize support tickets and exercise individual judgement based on severity
- To identify and diagnose faults, analyse problems and resolves issues to ensure customer’s satisfaction
- To handle cases for sensitive or at risk account in a duly professional manner
- To manage ticket escalation and work closely with engineering team to ensure tracking bug resolution
- To write and maintain product documentation and support materials
- To acquire full products range knowledge

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German and English (Spoken and Written)
- A degree in computer science IS ESSENTIAL
- Extensive knowledge Windows/MAC OS/ browser troubleshooting as well as Web and Video applications and tools
- A solid experience in a support role within Internet Technologies /Audio-Video software or hardware/Telecom Networking IS ESSENTIAL
- Advanced knowledge of Windows server 2008 and 2012, Windows Media Services and Microsoft SQL
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools (preferably: Perfmon, Fiddler or Wireshark)
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Quick thinking & True problem solver with a logical approach
- A strong team player, keen to learn cutting edge technologies
- Excellent and professional communication skills

Salary: Up to £43,700 (Salary £38K basic plus 15% variable commission) + Pension
