We are looking to recruit a Skills Trainer to deliver a range of social, educational and skills development sessions.
Education: delivering sessions aimed at helping people learn or regain skills in Literacy, numeracy and IT
Daily Living Skills: providing training in all aspects of daily living, aiming to give our clients greater independence in their lives at home and in the community.
Brain Injury Rehabilitation Sessions: to include memory, reasoning, perception, understanding brain injury and many more.
You must be organised, outcome focussed and have excellent communication skills. Our sessions must also have measurable outcomes in line with our key performance indicators.

Candidates should ideally have NVQ II Health and Social Care and ideally experience of working with brain-injured people / people with disability, previous care / teaching or day centre experience. However we will provide full training to the right candidate for the role.
