About the role

Due to strong and consistent growth we are looking for an enthusiastic New Business Development Executive to join our passionate and hardworking team to take on a range of sales responsibilities working with and learning from senior sales members.

The primary responsibility of the New Business Development Executiveis to achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the companies services to new clients across the construction sector

Strong basic with uncapped commissions!

Remuneration

  • Salary up to £25,000
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company bonus scheme based on the achievement of certain objectives
  • Pension contributions from April 1st 2017

Responsibilities include

  • Develop new business pipeline via proactive and reactive lead generation within the construction sectors
  • Work with the Senior New Business Development Executive to identify key actions for key new opportunities gained
  • Deal with all inbound construction opportunities
  • Cold call new prospects and fully qualify potential opportunity
  • Carry out a full needs analysis of your prospects and offer advice on the best service solution
  • Working your individual CRM to build pipeline, identify opportunities and store intelligence
  • Managing the sales administration tasks daily where required to ensure full sales transparency

Progression

The role requires a person that is dedicated, organised and proactive. With the achievement of certain objectives comes the development of this person into a Senior Business Development Executive.

  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to negotiate, manage his/her time, prioritise and be organised in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Must have a positive mind-set and outlook on life

Working life

  • Working hours: 07:30 - 16:30
  • Includes one Saturday every 6 weeks 08:30 - 13:00
  • Holiday entitlement: 28 days including public holidays
  • Place of work: Leyton
