We currently have an opportunity for two Full Time Clinical Leads (RMN/RGN/RNLD). The Clinical Lead Nurse is a responsible position that requires enthusiasm, motivation and professionalism at all times in delivering the work of the organisation.
The home which is based in South Liverpool provides comprehensive support for up to 50 adults between the ages of 18 and 65 with neurodegenerative diseases and related conditions. Support is also provided for people with acquired or organic brain injuries.
Responsibilities:
oSupporting the Registered Manager and Operational Manager to deliver the organisational aims and objectives.
oProvide both clinical and managerial support, advice and guidance to the home, ensuring that standards are achieved, maintained and developed in line with the National Minimum Standards.
oWill be an active and key member of the MDT and nursing team - to provide expert clinical care, advice and management for residents.
oLead, organize and monitor nurses and nursing resources, ensuring that all nursing and support staff are managed and deployed effectively providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for residents.
oDemonstrate an ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators for the Company including compliance with all targets set for staff e.g. rota management, levels of training, use of agency staffing, absence management and quality audits.
oSupport the registered manager to deliver services for residents which meet the requirements of all professional bodies and the regulators, including NMC and other assessment reviews
oChallenge in a positive manner current working practices and promote a culture of professionalism, team working and continuous improvement
oAssist with the control of expenditure, ensuring it remains within budget for all clinical areas of responsibility.
oPlay a full part in the effective delivery of care governance across the service

Job Requirements
oRMN/RGN/RNLD qualified with experience ideally within a similar environment
oPassion for nursing and delivering high quality care
oValid NMC pin number
oExperience of working within the recovery model and ideally have experience of delivering person centred care and use of positive behavioural support
oAn excellent knowledge of the National Minimum standards.
oExcellent leadership and communication skills as you will be a focal point between the staff team and Senior Management.
oProven leadership skills along with a strong drive to develop yourself and the dedicated nursing team.
