Sales Consultant - Appointment Maker

A leading chartered surveying practice with an excellent reputation in the market is looking to recruit several telephone based sales consultants/appointment makers to join their successful team in South Manchester. Working normal office hours with an uncapped commission structure on offer, and being able to offer a set career path really makes this position an exceptional opportunity.
As the successful candidate you will be contacting small to medium sized business, speaking to key decision makers within the company, building rapport, and fact finding as much as you can about their business rates. This is not a scripted role, so each call is different and you will be able to use the knowledge provided in the excellent training given within this position to arrange an appointment for one of the firms chartered surveyors to visit the business. This is not a hard sales role, and will suit somebody who is professional, and finds it easy to build rapport over the phone.
Targets are realistic and achievable and are based around generating appointments through your calls. The training provided will provide you with all the tools to be able to achieve and exceed such targets, and to be able to take full advantage of the uncapped ote.
- Recent experience in a telesales position either B2B or B2C
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and highly motivated attitude
- Target focused with a successful history of achieving individual targets in a similar position
- Competitive basic salary of £19k + uncapped commission, exceptional earning potential
