We're looking for a highly talented Creative Services Executive / Account Manager with existing commercial experience working for a creative events or marketing agency, or in-house for a recognisable brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career by working in a brand new role alongside a highly established events and brand communications team. The ideal candidate will be looking for a step in-house to market the agency across different platforms as well as assisting in the creative development of key client pitches.

The role.

The right Creative Service Executive / Account Manager will play a pivotal part in analysing client briefs and developing creative proposals for new business pitches alongside the creative team. You will then coordinate the pitch process as well as assisting the team in venue sourcing, managing suppliers and external agencies for key events. As Creative Service Executive / Account Manager, you’ll also identify and carry out key marketing opportunities for the company including award entries, website presence and social media.  

The experience we need.

- Experience in managing the new business or business development pitch and proposal process in a previous role
- Experience in marketing a company or client account online, through social media or at events
- Experience working in a fast paced event / experiential agency environment or in-house for a well-known company
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver large and complex projects within challenging timescales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders and clients
