Harris Academy Riverside is a brand new academy with drive and ambition, opening in September 2017. Run by the same experienced leaders as Harris Academy Chafford Hundred, the school's permanent site will be at the heart of the regeneration of Purfleet town centre. For the first two years, the school will have a self-contained area on the top floor of the newly built Harris Primary Academy Mayflower in Chafford Hundred.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated first administrator to set up our systems, provide PA services to our Head of Academy and assist with specific functions such as attendance, HR, recruitment and finance.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will represent the ethos and culture of the academy as its first point of contact and should therefore be an excellent communicator who is able to create and maintain a calm, professional and purposeful environment with the welfare and development of our students at its heart.

The successful candidate will be open to change, suggest ideas and maintain standards, be flexible, able to work under pressure and proficient to a high level in routine software applications such as Microsoft Office. Familiarity with school life and typical school based systems such as Bromcom and ParentPay is desirable.
